Privacy Policy — AI Anime Maker

This Privacy Policy explains how Adtirex ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the AI Anime Maker mobile application (the "App", package com.adtirex.ai_anime_maker). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Photos and images you provide

The core feature of the App turns your portraits into anime-style images. When you choose a photo from your device gallery or capture one with your camera, that image is uploaded to our processing servers and sent to our AI image-generation provider to create your result. We also generate and return new images to you, and you may choose to save them to your device gallery.

Identifiers

Device identifier — a per-device ID we generate to identify your credit balance, secure ("sign") your requests, and map purchases to your wallet.
Advertising ID — used by our advertising partner to serve and measure ads.
Push notification token — used to send you notifications (for example, daily credit reminders).

Purchase information

When you buy a credit pack, the transaction is processed by Google Play and our purchase-management provider. We receive purchase and entitlement records to credit your account. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.

Usage and diagnostics

App activity & analytics — events such as screens viewed and actions taken, to understand and improve the App.
Crash and diagnostic data — crash logs and basic device/technical information to keep the App stable.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide the App's core function — generating anime images from your photos.
To process purchases and maintain your credit balance.
To display and measure advertising.
To send notifications you have enabled.
To analyze usage, fix bugs, and improve features and performance.
To prevent abuse, fraud, and to enforce our Terms of Use.

3. AI Processing & Your Photos

To create your anime images, the photo you submit is transmitted to a third-party AI image-generation service (Leonardo.ai) and processed on their infrastructure. Your uploaded photo is used to produce your requested output. Please do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or any content that is illegal or violates our Terms of Use.

The App may offer a setting to opt out of having your content used to improve models. Where available, you can change this in the App's settings.

4. Advertising

The App displays advertising through Google AdMob. Ad partners may use your advertising ID and related data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads and to measure their performance. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we present a consent message that lets you choose how your data is used for ads. You can also reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with the following service providers strictly to operate the App:

6. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Uploaded and generated images are retained to deliver and (where you choose) preserve your creation history. You can delete creations from your history within the App. You may also request deletion of your data as described below.

7. Data Security

Data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and sensitive requests are cryptographically signed. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Your Choices & Rights

Delete individual creations from your in-app history at any time.
Disable notifications in the App or your device settings.
Reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.
Manage ad-consent choices where applicable.
Request access to or deletion of your data (see "Data Deletion" below).

9. Data Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of the data associated with your device by emailing us at vietendertech@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Because the App identifies you by a device identifier rather than a registered account, please send your request from the device you use, or include information that helps us locate your data. We will process verified requests within a reasonable time as required by applicable law.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children. It is intended for users who are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
