These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the
AI Anime Maker mobile application (the "App",
package com.adtirex.ai_anime_maker) provided by
Adtirex ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading,
accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not
agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are a minor, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the App except as permitted by law.
Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and managed via our purchase provider. Prices are shown in your local currency at the point of sale. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply. Billing, cancellations, and refunds are also subject to the Google Play terms.
You agree that you will not use the App to upload, create, or share content that:
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend access if we believe these Terms are violated.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload ("Input"). You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit the Input. You grant us a limited license to process the Input solely to operate the App and provide your results, including transmitting it to our AI provider for generation.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the anime images the App generates from your Input ("Output"), and you are responsible for how you use them. Because outputs are produced by automated models, similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.
The App uses third-party artificial-intelligence models to generate images. Results are automated, may be inaccurate, unexpected, or undesirable, and are provided for entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any Output. If you encounter content you believe is harmful or violates these Terms, please report it to us at the contact below.
The App is supported by advertising. By using the App, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed and that ad partners may process limited data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App, including its design, branding, styles, software, and content (excluding your Input and Output), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
